I was looking through my telescope the other night, and I found a whole new civilisation on a previously undiscovered planet. They are not very advanced - they are only up to i-Phone 2. What a boring planet!

How can such a thing be determined? The universe is BIIIIG!!! Our galaxy alone is probably a drop in the ocean comparably speaking.
