Basically heat is particles of light in the in the infra red range of radiation. Each Atom receive the same amount of of infra red radiation per degree temperature as per the Law of Dulong and Petit.Hence the atom temperature can get vely vely hot.

Heat is electromagnetic, not "vibration". Nuclear reaction inside the Earth core and solar radiation heat the Earth. You could say that heat is photons, i.e. electromagnetic waves.
