If early enough in the pregnancy, yes. How do you define "father" anyway? If he is just a one-nightstand or spermdonor he has no legal rights to the baby whatsoever. If the woman is married, her husband is the legal father

Yes... it's called women's rights. and they still have that right! Somehow, it supersedes the right to life.
