Could there be an alternative reality where - A. Napoleon was a Cardinal in the Vatican B. A 4ft midget was an NBA MVP C. Speed of light was 10 per cent of what we know it to be ?

No. It is not possible. But there could be faster wifi out there.

Yes, all is possible. Not to burst the bubble by I don't believe it is probable at all. But why not ponder the notion......
