No reason to worry simply show the scar!! Yes she would fail a hair test but she shouldn't worry as she has a genuine reason why.

It could be possible, but we have no idea if that will be the case. If it is, then she can bring in documentation about the fact that she had the operation ans was given morphine.

It's not illegal to have taken prescription pain medication. Driving or operating heavy machinery under their influence is a different matter. She can either declare it proactively or wait to see if the test comes back positive and then do so.
