Why was i circumcised as a baby I’m england (I was born in 1982) My parents are not Jews or anything like that?

Many religions especially of Christian faith practice circumcision after childbirth shortly as it states in the Bible. It's not uncommon to any one country.

Your parents probably can answer that. The majority of babies are circumcised. Maybe they didn't want you to go through life with a repulsive penis.

You'd have to ask your parents that question. Possibly your dad was circumcised and often boys are cut because the mom want them to "look like daddy"-- seriously.
