Can people get cured from a malignant tumor?

Does it always end up with death? On TV shows people who gets malignant tumour always end up dead. How is it in real life? Do all people always die from a malignant tumor?

There are many methods aside the "normal" deadly treatments. I will never get cancer. I cure cancer!

Yes, people can. No, all people don't die from it, not even on TV. When a tumor is "malignant" instead of "benign," that means it's cancer instead of not cancer. People survive cancer both in real life and on TV.

of course not, a malignant tumor is cancer, depends where it is and if it has metastasized - not all malignancies kill! treat them and beat them as much as possible

Sometimes the tumor is removed by surgery; other times treated. In real life people don't always die from them.
