Why is Carbon Dioxide fine for the body, we breath it out after all. But Carbon Monoxide is dangerous for the body? Scientifically Speaking?

Carbon oxide stay attached to the hemoglobin so we don’t breath it out. It also makes the cell useless for carrying any more oxygen, so it’s floating through you body useless until the blood cell dies. (A couple of weeks).

CO binds strongly to hemoglobin and myoglobin preventing O2 uptake by the body. It's fatal at about 100ppm.
