So are shower completely broke and I had to wash myself with water from sink in bottle with gel to rinse it away. ( I have OCD) and need to clean all the time. So would this cold water shower have been enough PLEASE no rudeness :(

A cool or cold water shower is much better for your skin than hot water will ever be.
