I am studying a level 3 general engineering diploma. I think I might fail maths. If I do will I fail the course?

I am studying 7 subject including maths. Design, drawing, electronics, electrical machines, maintenance, mechanics and maths.

I did poorly in calculus class but I was allowed to retake the course. I was able to go on and get my engineering degree. In fact, I ended up in the top 10% of my class. I think my problem was trying to take too many classes at one time.
