I’m 13 years old, 5’8, and I weigh about 145 pounds. I am so insecure about my weight that I only eat one meal per day. Is this fat?

Your normal. don't eat 1 meal per day your actually gonna gain more weight. You bmi is 22 and normal is 18.5-24.9 so your a little more than average so just make sure you don't go up to 165

Yes it's fat. 145 pounds is a lot for a 13 year old. Even many of the grown women I know weigh between 100 and 120 pounds. You should eat less.
