Why is my rectum all creamy and moist and wet? It’s always damp, and keeps dripping and sloshing around back there? Why is this?

It sounds like you have a yeast infection, you need to keep it clean and dry. After a shower make sure it's really dry, spread it open in front of a fan if you need to, after it's totally dry put some body powder on it to keep it dry.
