I shave my bikini area often because I swim. I have dealt with ingrown hairs and razor burn befor but it has never been this bad. It appears to be filled w blood and pus. Suggestions?

There's a lot of stuff on YouTube about extracting ingrown hairs. Check that out, you may find a solution there. If not, see a doctor. Preferably a dermatologist.

If you cannot fix it yourself then you will have to get medical help. If you have all this trouble why not just trim the hair very short.

    Stop shaving.

Yes, see a doctor about an ingrown hair infection.

Apply hot compresses to it and slather it with neosporin.

No. Lance it, drain it, and put some medicated cream on it. That is all a doctor would and could do.
