If I get cloned, can I have them screw on another arm if I lose my right arm?

That seems very unlikely. As it'd of been grown in a lab, the clone would of had very limited movement, meaning it's bones and muscle mass would be severely lacking..

If you lose your right arm then it’s very unlikely it will be because a couple fancied screwing on it...
