No. At the age of 81, I have had 3. One was a youthful affair, the second was my first wife, and finally there is my second wife to whom I have been married for 31 years.

Not all at once That would suggest a mega orgy! Are you really asking: "Have you had sex with more than 100 people during your long and varied life?" You have obviously had too much sex in your life and it has spoiled your sense of grammar.
