    The problem is that cavities cannot heal and neither can cracks./

    I believe so. I know teeth can heal if given the proper environment.

    No IF. Cavities don't heal and neither do cracks. They form infections and unbearable pain.

    You can assume whatever you like, but small cavities and small cracks in teeth will NOT heal.

    Unfortunately they do not. Skin cracks can heal, yes, because skin heals. Cracks in teeth are literally bone and do not heal. However, they can be filled. I hate fillings.
