If small cavities in teeth could heal, then can we assume that small cracks would be able to heal too?

You can assume whatever you like, but small cavities and small cracks in teeth will NOT heal.

Unfortunately they do not. Skin cracks can heal, yes, because skin heals. Cracks in teeth are literally bone and do not heal. However, they can be filled. I hate fillings.
