What are the bumps on my penis?
7 answers
I just turned 14 and it came to me what these bumps on my penis are. They are small bumps around the very top of my penis where you pee. And then bumps coming from that like a branch around it. Not that big of branches. What is it?!??!?

There shouldn't be any bumps on that part of the penis. See your doctor.

They're not Fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are usually on the shaft of the penis. It's PPP (pearly penile papules). PPP are usually around the head/glans of the penis.

I think you're describing pearly penile papules, which are a benign normal variant. They can be surgically removed for aesthetic reasons if you like, but certainly aren't anything to be worried about.

With no other information to go on, and certainly don't want to see a picture of it... sounds like it may be Fordyce spots. Which happens to some guys. If so, it's harmless. It may not look all that appealing, but there's no harm in them.
