Why do i need to better then everyone at everything i do?

A couple weeks back someone said they were better then me at something and it been bothering me like hell because i cant prove im better when i know i am

Well I guess what you do need more than anything else is to revise your grammar and spelling. We say "better THAN" and not better than.

That's your issue. It is a mistake to compare yourself to others. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. You don't have to be better than somebody else, just competent.
