    depends on your age but its not going to harm you

    Depends on your needs. I can function on 5 but ideally need between 6 or more.

    Hi there, I do not think so. Actually, 8 Hours is the max sleeping time. To much sleep will throw your body out of wack, in which you will crave more sleeping time. I would go to 8 Hours alone. Good Luck

    A study In 2010 says 5 is better then 8

    That depends on you, some people don't require much sleep, some people require a lot more. Most will need 7-9 hours (and that depends on age), if I get 6 hours a night that is good for me.

    That's all my body will allow me to have but I always wish I could sleep longer. I feel like I'm in a permanent daze.

    It really depends on your age, but the norm is 7-8 hours of sleep. Only having 5 hours of sleep won't kill you.
