Fever, chills, nausea, some pain, Lower right molar. Or is it something else?

You could have a virus, OR the extraction site may be infected. I would call the dentist and tell him the symptoms.

Flu like symptoms could mean sepsis, a deadly bacterial infection. I'd call your dentist or doctor. Now.
