Is it normal for there to be a toothache after wisdom tooth extraction?

So it's been 4 days after the surgery, i had a little bit of bone removed during it and suddenly today i'm dealing with a tooth ache more towards the front of my jaw, not the back. The pain killer (ibuprofen) didn't help with the throbbing pain.

pain is a sign there is a problem, tell your dentist.......
