Everyone should brush their teeth at least 2x a day. Additionally after meals would be ideal as well. People do this as part a healthy oral hygeine

Because dentists advise everyone to brush their teeth at least twice a day. Mornings, after breakfast, before heading off to work or school, is a standard time to do it. It's not just girls who do this.
