Non submersible kind. Ofc I guess it won't be called a water pump but I font know what it is. Thanks

WHICH fluid? What exactly are you asking?

The fluid is not water I'm guessing, unless you want to pump ice cubes. Water pumps are designed to be compatible with water. What is your -40 degree working fluid.
