Can you pay a navy recruiter a "gift" to issue you a waiver? If so, how much up front do I need?

    Even if they would have that power (which they don't), that would break laws and we're not allowed to help you do that here on Y!A

    Since recruiters don't issue waivers and have nothing to do with the process (aside from submitting the paperwork), give them whatever you want. It has no bearing on the outcome.

    recruiters have less than zero day as to whether or not a waiver of any sort is granted. they are NOT allowed to receive gifts and any attempt to offer one will result in you recruitment process ending, permanently, for all 5 branches.

    NO but I know a guy who knows a lot about how to get out of the military

    Keep dreaming fool. A recruiter could give you anything in his/her power for a 6 pack, which is next to nothing. Waivers come from the brass.
