If it bothers you... get it removed. If not.... it poses no danger. The lead will not poison you. It can not get into your blood stream unless you mix it with a solvent that will break it down and that will also mix with your blood.

You might want to have the lead (or otherwise) bullet removed. By someone who has experience in lead, or otherwise bullet removal. Might be a good idea not to remove the leg as you will find it quite handy.
