When i eat fruits like bananas, watermelons, apples my tongue or entire mouth itches why?

whenever i eat these things my tongue and entire mouth itches and after that start to feel sick to my stomache, its not just these fruits it s also fish, but i want to know why am i allergic or something?

I usually get that with pineapple and kiwis... I dont eat them anymore. Im lactose intolerant, I get itchy skin,armpits,facial bloating, and upset stomach if I drink milk, eat pizza, have ice-cream ,etc
