And she also believes she can use energy in her hands to heal people and stuff. She talks about it alotttt. She tries to do it with me. She also told me im going to have 1 child and it will be a girl. Anyway um... Yeah is this bad sign ??

NO it is her belief.

You should try to get her to test her abilities by predicting something major like details about the next school shooting or going to the hospital and curing people's ailments. That should help clear things up.
