At age 30 the average person is 10% bone, 30% muscle, and 20% fat. At age 75 the average person is 8% bone, 15% muscle, and 40% fat.

Yes, if very muscular. However, the average guy that height and weight combination will likely appear overweight. Hope this helps.

Bob Sanders was an NFL safety, at 5'8" he was 206 pounds - and lean. At 207 pounds, Maurice Jones-Drew was lean enough to have defined abs. You have to be muscular and in great shape, but it is certainly possible to be 200 pounds at 5'8" and not fat.

It's obviously impossible for anyone to have no fat, but yes, a person can weight 200 pounds and not be the least bit overweight. All it would mean is that you're fairly ripped. Such a body is definitely attainable..

    I'm 5'-8" and I'm down to 185lbs. A few years ago I was at 205 but I was also benching 275. I didn't have a lot of body fat but I didn't have a 6-pack either. Yeah, if you're 5'-8", not fat, and you're 200lbs then you're decently built.
