If I have to be around a smoker (half the day) how can I not breath the second hand smoke? (Btw they won t quite and I cant leave the room)?

Report it to management. You have the right to a clean, safe work environment.

You can leave the room, you say i do not wish to breathe in your toxic air, and you go, if you are in the same room as a smoker you cannot help but breathe in their smoke, this goes into your lungs and causes damage.

Your business should already have a no smoking policy (At least in the US). Talk to your boss about a no smoking policy, then find out about your city's laws.
