Is it possible for an epileptic person to stop themeself from having seziures without medication?

No. A seizure is in the part of the brain that controls muscles, not in the part that generates thoughts.

You cannot stop or control a seizure that occurs. Medication can lessen the likelihood of a seizure occurring, but the person has no control over this.

No, it isn't possible. An epileptic seizure happens outside voluntary behavior and you cannot control them in any way at all. Medication is the only way, because that works on the neurology of the brain.
