Since Trump doesn't fear any part of the government or care much about politics, maybe he hasn't released info about extraterrestrials on earth because they are not here.

There is nothing to declassify. Roswell was not ET, it was a Russian spy plane. Area 51 has nothing to do with ET. It was set up in the early 50's to develop and test the U2 spy plane and then the SR71.
