Many people ARE coming to the conclusion that diet pop / artificial sweeteners are not good for people (in a general way) but idk about diabetes specifically.

No it is NOT. Artificial sweetener MAY be considered just ONE of a number of factors that determine whether someone would develop diabetes.

That’s diet culture for you!! Put the word “skinny” on a product and sales sky rocket. It’s all about how the sweetener is presented. Often companies like stevia say it’s good for you because it’s no calories.

More rubbish. Most people don't use artificial sweeteners until AFTER they have already been diagnosed with diabetes.
