I assume that you are asking about elections for president in the USA. Across the world there have been several (many?) controversial elections since AD 2000.

Are you counting 2000 as the 21st Century too? Other election years were 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016. So you're only looking at Bush Jr., Obama and Trump.
