Why do I feel like I've been drugged?

I went for a long walk, had a meal and then I kind of collapsed. I felt dizzy and severely lethargic. It was like I was drugged, but I wasn't. This is happening all the time now. What is it?

What is the temperature where you live? Where I live the temps are in the upper 90’s F with heat index in the low 100’s.

You mentioned eating. Does it only happen after you eat? You could have a food intolerance/allergy.
