Can you get iron deficiency from just 1 period?
7 answers
Starting to feel anemic again two days into my period. Heart pain, weakness, dizziness,... should I take my perscription iron on my own initiative?

NOt from your period, but you may have a natural iron deficiency that only gets worse during a period. You need to try taking iron supplemental vitamins or B-6/B-12 shots.

It would be next to impossible for you to become anemic from having a period. All the amount of blood (if you can call it that) that you lose during a period is usually only about 1-1/2 tablespoons.

No. Not unless you bleed so much you need hospitalisation.

Yes! You have an iron deficiency already and are on medication for it, so obviously yes! Not very bright are you?
