What should I do about my leg?

I woke up and saw that I have a medium sized purple bruise on the back of my leg. I don't recall hurting myself and don't know what to do.? I believe it is slightly swollen and sore.

could be a vein thrombosis (blood clot) you need to go see a doctor

Not a thing, quite common, no big deal.

You could've just hit it some where and totally forgot about it. Use a cold compress and place it on it, and take some ibuprofen for the pain. I would wait a couple of days and if its gets worst then go to the ER. I bet its probably nothing. God Bless!

Spontaneous Hemorrhage may mean a Serious Heath problem. (I.e. Warning of blood clot, heart or stroke possibility).
