No, you sound perfectly fine with a healthy weight and waist circumference for your height. Hope this helps.

It is more a question of body composition. Can you pinch an inch of fat around your stomach? If so you may want to reduce your starches and sugars and be more active with activities like running and biking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJQTuoXW...

I'd work more on simply tightening everything up. You start exercising and you will lose a little weight period, but you'll replace a portion of it with muscle, get rid of the love handles, etc.

At 5'9", I would go more for body sculpting than losing weight. I would go to try and get that 39 down to a good 28 if not 32. The fad of big butts is gone.

5 ft 9in, 143 lbs. Notmal weight for a medium frame woman at your height is 132-147 lbs. I’d guess you’d have a little extra weight, but just the perfect amount. Honestly women have to have a little extra imo. It’s so much more attractive.

Sounds perfect to me. You are plenty tall enough to look very good at that weight.

Impossible to say, but you need to lose the fat. Here's the only scientific way supported by evidence and millions of 'doers': Read "Fat Chance " by Dr. Robert Lustig M.D.

No, but on the contrary gain weight, because that is underweight. the ideal weight for a 5'9" tall lady is 150 pounds, a weight below the ideal weight is underweight. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20180705213938AAIuUZd
