Heart arrhythmia? Resting heart rate of 41 and heart rate 33 while sleeping.?

My resting heart rate is 41 and it has been as low as 33 while sleeping. I'm female, 24, I'm underweight for my height, I'm not athletic so I don't know why it's so low? Is this bradycardia? Heart arrhythmia?
