Today I had a apple, strawberry and celery smoothie...what's something healthy you had today?

Add chicken or a source of protein to your diet also carbs and vegetables to balance out your diet maybe try to lower the fruit down due to all the sugar but you should be ok

Thanks for the reminder of how I pre made some smoothies with strawberries, black berries, a mango, a banana, an apple and blueberries, along with a good cup and 1/2 milk. It really does go down well.

Sounds like you put too much fruit in it which could make it unhealthy because of the sugars. Keep greens with the greens. If you use celery use green apple and no other fruit, otherwise you will just be making a sugary fruit juice.
