Plan B pills should not be used unless necessary, not used as a regular method of birth control. It messes with your female system too much. Other than condoms and birth control pills, there are spermicidal foams that are pretty effective.

OMG. sigh........google it. IUD, Nexplanon, depo shot are all long term from 3 months to 5 years.
