Say all the black holes merged together near the end of the universe and space-Time fell back into it through some energy loss event, what would happen to the black hole?

Is this a hypothetical question? Most of the black Holes I've seen really suck.

"no space" means no global or meta universe. None existence of everything. And that would include black holes, they would not exist.

"and space-Time fell back into it through some energy loss event" Space-time flows into a black hole anyway - what s an "energy loss event"?

A massive black hole will always have a universal field around it in space. One does not exist without the other.
