Is it better to drink decaf tea or decaf coffee if you have heart palpitation?

My doctor recommended to stay away from caffeinated beverages and switch to decaf. But I’m not sure which is better: decaf coffee or decaf tea?

Neither is better, both are very low in caffeine. Drink the one you prefer, or check the caffeine levels in both and choose that way.

Either. My palpitations took a week to stop when I went onto decaf. However I did get twitchy from the caffeine withdrawal and had a headache.
