Yeah? Name one thing he's done that's actually good for the country and all the citizens. So far all he's done is things that benefit (or cover up the crimes and corruption of) himself, his family, his rich cronies and donors, and Vladimir Putin.

They don't. They hate him when he's being a bad President -- which is all of the time. They haven't yet had the opportunity to hate him when he's being a good President, because he hasn't yet done that.
