    I would think it could cause a rash but I'm no athlete so... whatever.

    I worked in them, I mean that is all I wore, I was a seminude model in college off and on for probably two years.

    Some do, but personally I find wearing a thong uncomfortable

    It’s perfectly comfortable. Thongs allow better freedom of movement in sport activities.
