Blood test for shrimp allergy. The test came back: shellfish, also 'slight' allergy to soy, peanuts, and wheat. What is a slight allergy?

Not severe enough - for now - so that you should carry an epi-pen around with you. Symptoms will be mild. These food allergies can worsen over time.

A Slight allergy means that you won't get a severe reaction...for me, I can still eat them and it didn't bother me, where as other foods will give me a swollen tongue, throat, and full body rash.

It means you might get hives, but your throat isn't going to close up.
