Should I put an elastic on my braces after I eat dinner or after I brush my teeth because if after brushing that would mean no elastic?

After dinner since I can only use 2 a day with what ortho gave me

Wear your elastics as much as you can. If you need more, go back and get more from them. I was given tons of them when I had braces. they told me to wear them 24/7 basically, and that if I ever ran out to come and get more.

just follow his directions...if you don't remember them, call him up, the phone girl likely knows the routine by heart
