I wouldn't recommend it. Accutane already makes you sensitive to UV light, and antibiotics would only make it worse. You shouldn't take them unless absolutely necessary and under the advice of a physician.

Some antibiotics will interact badly with Accutane, so do not take anything without discussing with the doctor who orders your Accutane.
