I lost 30 lbs. inside of two weeks for a crush... and it did not impress her. It was like a cat leaving a dead rodent on the doorstep. The effort didn't count, but when I thought it might it was very easy.

I lost about 15 pounds altogether when I went vegan. First I was vegetarian which made me lose 10 and then another 5 with veganism. I don't know how fast the weight came off but it didn't take very long.

Currently losing. Lost about 4 pounds so far in two weeks. I’m losing weight because I want to better myself physically and mentally. 30 pounds more to go.
