How to hide cuts on the arm during summer?

I have cuts going up my arm and I want to hide them but it's supposed to reach about 30°c this week and I know that I'll get questioned for wearing long sleeves in hot weather so I was wondering if anyone knows of any other ways I can hide cuts?
