Circumcised or uncircumcised, if you don't bathe, you will begin to smell. Don't worry, being smelly isn't dangerous... just take a shower, wash your penis dude.

Not if you keep it clean. Shower at least twice a day and in the shower wash the penis thoroughly. That should do it. It ain't rocket science.
